Webinars!

Voices of Music will be doing free webinars on how to use YouTube,
recording at home and social media.

Voices of Music will offer a FREE webinar, July 23 at 11am (PT) to performing artists and performing arts organizations in the Bay Area. This webinar will introduce how to make video and how to go online with broadcast quality at a low or reasonable cost: we include a short, easy-to-manage reference list of best practices, gear and software, and we will discuss the challenges of copyrights, the interconnectedness of streaming, social media, search rankings and playlists.

We are working with the Center for Cultural Innovation, Grants for the Arts, InterMusic SF and Intersection for the Arts to help promote this webinar.
This will be a much bigger project beyond this first webinar, and we are currently in discussion with several organizations to ensure that help can be offered to address the unique challenges of each performing arts group.

San Francisco based Voices of Music has been a pioneer in putting highlights of our concerts online for the past thirteen years--our YouTube Channel programming currently reaches 2,000,000 people each month. Though we are a small organization, we have vast expertise and experience that will help other performing artists and organizations to not only survive current challenges, but that will also help them go online with broadcast quality programming. A strong online presence will strengthen our whole community beyond the challenges of Covid.
